Strategic purchase of Eisenmann intec
Sames Kremlin has recently completed the purchase of Eisenmann Intec GmbH. The business unit now operates under the name iNTEC Sames-Kremlin GmbH, strengthening the company’s offering in the application of high viscosity materials.
The expansion of the product range and global trade networks make this acquisition a strategic step in the development plan of both companies.
Cédric Perres, CEO of Sames Kremlin, commented on the acquisition: “It is a great pleasure to welcome iNTEC Sames-Kremlin into our group. True to our development concept, the new entity will retain its independence. This strategic acquisition strengthens our presence with automotive manufacturers, especially in Germany. Both companies will mutually benefit from the fact that the product lines and also the customers will complement each other perfectly in order to further develop their activities in the application of high viscosity materials not only in the automotive industry.” Eisenmann Intec GmbH belonged to Eisenmann SE, which filed an application for the opening of insolvency proceedings at Stuttgart District Court on July 29, 2019.
