Among the exhibits will be innovative painting solutions that not only significantly increase the speed of production processes, but also help to reduce energy costs. A highlight will be „Teknodur Combi 3560“, a polyurethane coating based on high-strength polyaspartic. The coating not only offers fast curing and high throughput rates, but also minimal VOC emissions and impressive durability.

According to the manufacturer, the groundbreaking moisture-accelerated curing technology of „Teknodur Combi 3560“ is a game-changer. Unlike conventional oven curing, it allows for efficient curing through air circulation and humidity in a precisely controlled environment. This innovation not only significantly saves energy costs, but also significantly increases overall productivity. Thus, this coating is a technological pioneer product that can reduce energy consumption, increase efficiency and improve the overall profitability of operations.

With „Teknoiso Combi 333-300“, the manufacturer is furthermore presenting a 2-component single-coat coating without isocyanates. It enables direct application without primer in just one layer and achieves corrosion protection class C4 High.

Painting solutions without isocynates

Efficiency is further enhanced by a short drying time of about two hours, with a generous eight hours of pot life. By eliminating isocyanates, diisocyanates, ethylbenzene, styrene and other environmentally harmful substances, „Teknoiso Combi 333-300“ sets new standards in occupational safety. This innovative coating solution not only protects the environment, but in addition provides a significant benefit to users by eliminating the need for diisocyanate training.

This feature significantly improves worker safety and minimizes the health risks associated with conventional coatings for operating personnel. The coating thus combines effective environmental protection with the highest level of occupational safety and is establishing itself as an outstanding solution for applications where health and safety are paramount.

New High-Solid topcoat

In addition, Teknos will present „Teknodur 35-900“, a 2K High Solid topcoat that, according to the manufacturer, sets new standards for scratch resistance, weather resistance and an outstanding appearance.

This coating is ideal for technically demanding applications in construction machinery, agricultural machinery, cranes, forklifts and other commercial vehicles. With environmentally friendly High Solid or Ultra High Solid primers, the system reduces the ecological footprint. Uniform hardeners for different structures enable efficient application that can be painted over wet-on-wet or after a long period of standing without intermediate sanding, which speeds up the painting process.
