Innovative painting robot programming
A new technology allows any user to record and automate painting tasks without the need for in-depth programming knowledge. The movement sequence carried out with a hand gun during coating is recorded and imitated by the painting robot in the production process.
By recording, transmitting, and replicating motion, users can easily automate their workflows without having to deal with complex code. The intuitive user interface greatly simplifies the programming process and allows faster adaptation to changing requirements. This makes automation easier than ever, allowing businesses to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Time saving measurement
In addition to this platform, Reiter will be presenting a three-dimensional component measurement system that enables companies to precisely measure one or more components even when the conveyor is running. By comparing it with a stored 3D model in a matter of seconds, a part verification is carried out.
During part verification, it is checked whether the correct component has been suspended and thus the correct painting program for this part is set. In addition, position detection is carried out for each component. The stored robot movement program is adapted to the detected position. This ensures a consistent coating result, even with twisted hanging components.
