Intelligent automation in paint shop engineering
Rippert will present numerous developments and solutions for paint shop technology of the future at PaintExpo 2024.
Among other things, the company will be showing practical application examples for the resource-saving use of energy, coatings and operating materials as well as for waste reduction. As an internationally active system provider with extensive automation and its own high level of vertical integration, a wide variety of new developments from different areas will be shown.
These include innovations in MES/software control and automation, smart solutions and compact systems with integrated robot technology. Other topics focus on intelligent handling and transport systems, automatic robot painting with self-programming and easy-to-teach robot painting. At the stand, the experts will also be showcasing the new „RTS-Rotation Plus“ paint mist separation system without filter and „VIANT“ systems for self-coating dip coating.
