New production site – new paint shop
The Austrian company Göweil Maschinenbau expands and establishes a second production site in Rainbach.
After an intensive planning phase, construction is now beginning. On the 4.3 ha large area a complex consisting of a paint shop, assembly hall and dispatch hall with a total area of 15,500 m² is being built. Göweil is investing a total of 22 million euros in this first expansion stage. The production of individual products will be relocated to the new site, creating up to 150 modern jobs in the region. The new plant is scheduled to go into operation in autumn 2021. The ground-breaking ceremony for the new location took place on 5 June, but construction work has been in full swing since April.
