New App for safty and protection

It focuses on the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemical substances and mixtures (REACH) and EC 1272/2008 on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP) and any subsequent amendments thereto. This tool, the first of its kind in the powder coatings market, gives access to the latest editions of safety data sheets (SDS) and product analysis reports in real time. All that is required is to scan the bar code on the box containing the product and select the desired language. Once the information has been selected it can be sent to anyone immediately using any application. The app also provides users with the opportunity to view the entire colour range through its digital catalogues, including the specific emblematic projects they have been used in. The RAL chart section enables the user to access the different colours, the RGB coordinates, the name in the different languages and the product codes available. The calculation of theoretical performance, business certificates, licences and the coding guide are other operational features of this application. Finally, the „My Products” option enables the user to scan the bar codes of boxes stored in warehouses and create a digital product file with the different manufacturing batches, analysis reports and safety data sheets. All this digitized information will greatly facilitate the management of quality and audit procedures, significantly reducing paper-based processes and guaranteeing the information is permanently updated.
