Focus set on sustainability

Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group will cut the carbon footprint of its paint shop by more than 40% by upgrading its burner system at a cost of more than 140.000 Euro. CO2 emissions will be cut from 2100 t/year to 1200 t/year by fitting additional ceramic in its Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser (RTO) that removes odors and fumes from its aircraft painting facility.

Marshall is also able to turn off the RTO when not in use. Image: Marshall
