An interactive trade fair special shows the company’s know-how along the complete process chain in surface technology. From digital pre-planning, through application, the core competence of control technology and process engineering, to digital solutions for process data analysis, all disciplines are united under one roof at Asis. The presentation also includes a complete range of new application technology. Material pressure regulators, colour changers, lacquer screw connections, rinsing valves and much more have been rethought by the development team and will be presented in Karlsruhe.

The trade fair presentation is rounded off by the possibilities of digitalisation. Asis operates its own competence centre for this purpose. It works with the latest simulation technology and offers reachability studies, overall simulations with exact cycle times, elaboration of painting concepts in line tracking or stop & go, layout planning, robot exchange, control exchange, discharge rate determination and much more.

Together with modern 3D scanning technology, this is where the claim of holistic plant planning is pursued. The advantages of this detailed planning are high planning reliability and short commissioning times. According to Asis, the direct link to practice is unique. Painting experts and simulation experts are united under one roof and deliver simulation results in a lively exchange that show an exact image of reality.
