In order to reduce energy consumption without sacrificing the quality and processability of the products, it is necessary to know the furnace temperatures and their effects very precisely.
The “FIS04” system, which has been specially developed for the coating industry, accompanies the components through the furnace and records the actual product and ambient temperatures at up to 20 measuring points. This way, the user can see at any time whether the furnace is in a balanced relationship between the energy input and product quality.
