New powder coating line doubles production
European Springs & Pressings, located in the UK and one of the largest suspension spring manufacturers in Europe, recently invested in a large-scale powder coating line.
The new facility not only double the throughput but additionally improves the resulting quality, enhances the efficiencies and is also capable of managing a wider spectrum of spring sizes.
Additionally, new software and touch screen systems are being installed to further enhance the control, efficiency and productivity of the new line, alongside new digital response units which monitor and enhance the powder coverage across the spring units.
